Chicago's Pizza Mérida in Yucatan

"Honestly I was skeptical trying this place because of the reviews but it was a GREAT experience. Service was a 10/10 food was 9/10. I will say the prices for the pizzas are more expensive than Chicago"

"We saw the reviews but decided to try this restaurant anyway, because I am a huge fan of deep dish pizza. Everything was fantastic. The service was prompt and polite. The pizza was delicious. The drinks were great. If you want authentic Chicago deep dish, I suggest you take a trip to Chicago. That's the only place you're gonna get it. Comparison is the thief of joy, and it is unrealistic to expect pizza in México to taste exactly the same as in Chicago. We had 4 different pizzas and they were all prepared perfectly and tasted great. We really enjoyed the outing and plan to go back again in the future."

"La pizza deep dish muy rica y aunque el precio es elevado, va de acuerdo con la calidad y el tamaño del producto. También hay otros tipos de pizza, pastas, entradas y menú para los peques. Nos comimos tan rápido la pizza, que ni una foto bonita le tomamos. La atención del gerente, súper bien."

"I think we all understand that Chicago pizza is very special and you will probably not find a perfect one outside Chicago. That being said this pizza was good it had 600 grams of cheese (they do a blend of 4 cheeses, that knocked one star off because I prefer mozarrela and I do not personally like Gouda in my pizza) the crust was like a decent Chicago pie crust. The service was super nice and they had a stout on tap which you do not find often. With the medium pizza two people can eat, since it has too much cheese one slice was enough for me, well after having popcorn at the movies. Overall a good experience."
